So being back in Southern California after all these years has been good so far. My old riding and running partner, Lyn, lives here and last weekend we got together for an "easy" 45 miler up to Oak Glen. We started in Redlands, rode up Wildwood Canyon then turned left for the big climb up to Oak Glen.
Oak Glen sits at 4950' and our total climbing was 4500' over our 45 miles. It was a great ride!
Riding those roads brought back lots of good memories from when I was in my 20's and riding them for the first time.
